Воздушный транспорт является одним из основных для перемещения людей на большие расстояния. Особенно важен воздушный транспорт для Дальнего Востока России. Здесь на огромной территории недостаточно развита сеть железных и автомобильных дорог, населенные пункты удалены друг от друга.
В статье рассматриваются вопросы функционирования воздушного транспорта России, а также особенности воздушного транспорта на Дальнем Востоке. Проанализирована динамика воздушного транспорта за период 2010-2014 гг. Отмечается значительный рост числа перевезенных пассажиров (на 63%), рост грузовых перевозок (на 11%). Произошло снижение темпов роста международных перевозок и увеличение темпов роста внутренних перевозок, сформулированы причины происходящих изменений. Наблюдается концентрация значительной части перевозок на небольшом числе аэропортов западной части России. Отсутствует эффективная система региональных и местных перевозок, поэтому государственная политика акцентирована на поддержке и развитии сети региональных и местных аэропортов.
В перспективе до 2050 г. на Дальнем Востоке будет действовать один узловой аэропорт международного значения ? на базе аэропорта Хабаровск (Новый). В дополнение будет выстроена система узловых аэропортов федерального и регионального значения. Основная задача этих аэропортов будет состоять в перевозках между аэропортами аналогичного уровня в пределах страны, а также доставка пассажиров в узловой аэропорт международного значения.

The air transport specialization is the movement over the long distances. That's why air transport is especially important for the Russian Far East. Here is a vast territory with insufficiently developed railways or roads networks and high space localization of
the human settlements. This article discusses the functioning of the Russian air transport, and especially air transport in the Far East. Dynamics of air transport during 2010-2014 were analyzed. There was a significant increase in the number of passengers (63%) and growth of freight traffic (11%). There were slowdowns in the growth of international traffic and the increase in the growth rate of domestic traffic. The causes of these changes are formulated. The current situation in the air transport is characterized by the traffic concentration at the few airports of the western part of the Russia. There is no effective air transport system at regional and local levels. Therefore the state policy in the field of air transport in the country is aimed on the support and development of a network of regional and local airports now. One international air hub on the base of the new Khabarovsk airport will operate in the Russian Far East in the long term until 2050. A system of federal and regional air hubs will be built in addition. The main objective of the federal and regional airports will consist of traffic between the airports of a similar level within the country, as well as the delivery of passengers to the international air hub. The system of regional airports will be the most extensive. These airports will accumulate the passengers for the federal level hubs and the international level hub airport. |

The Russian Far East is characterized by significant and unexploited reserves of wild plants, in particular, the Manchurian walnut. Literary and experimental data about the composition and properties of the walnut characterize it as a valuable and prospective raw material for food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile industries and others. We developed a series of innovation products and food technologies using the Manchurian walnut and tried them in an industrial environment. Implementation of these developments will involve the efficient use and turnover of traditional food raw materials, expand the assortment of natural foodstuff and provide the local population with products that have high nutritional and biological value and balanced chemical composition that are able to satisfy the body’s need for essential nutrients. In addition, it will help improve the overall immunity of the population and prevent the development of alimentary-dependent diseases from a shortage of food substances and adverse environmental conditions.

Российский Дальний Восток характеризуется значительными и малоиспользуемыми ресурсами дикорастущих растений, в частности маньчжурского ореха. Литературные и экспериментальные данные о составе и свойствах ореха характеризуют его как ценное и перспективное сырьё для пищевой, кормовой, химической, фармацевтической, текстильной и других отраслей промышленности.
Авторами разработана серия инновационных продуктов и пищевые технологии с использованием маньчжурского ореха и осуществлена их промышленная апробация. Реализация наших разработок обеспечит вовлечение в оборот дикорастущего сырья и эффективное использование традиционного продовольственного сырья, расширит ассортимент натуральных продуктов питания и обеспечит местное население продуктами с высокой пищевой и биологической ценностью, сбалансированным химическим составом, удовлетворяющими потребность организма в незаменимых питательных веществах. В свою очередь, это будет способствовать улучшению общего иммунитета и предотвратит развитие алиментарно-зависимых заболеваний населения из-за нехватки пищевых веществ и неблагоприятных условий окружающей среды.

Firstly, this paper gives a brief literature review of the relevant
research on the Russian agriculture. We could say that beside some
positive remarks, most of the researchers gave very negative
assessments of the Russian agricultural reforms and their outcomes
during the last two decades. Secondly, relying on the databases from
Russian statistic bureaus and the relevant information including
interviews with Chinese experts, this paper makes a brief comparison
between the Russian Far East and the China’s Northeast. There are
great potentials in the Russian Far East in the agricultural sector,
but it is still in the process of development. Many obstacles still
need to be overcome. Thirdly, we focus on the bilateral cooperation
between China and Russia in the Russian Far East’s agricultural
sector. Under the very good mutual political trust between the two
countries in the current stage, it is important to consider very
prudently the relevant risks, related to the religious, cultural and
social-political factors. |
